"After visiting Caye Living Properties a few times I decided to buy a piece of land there. Since I didn't have a big budget but I did have enough time to wait for my investment to mature, I decided to buy a lot on the North Caye. I spoke to a few different real estate agents and Sara gave me absolutely great advice and helped me buy the perfect lot for me.
I nearly made a mistake because I first visited the North Caye during the dry season and because of that I almost bought a lot that would be flooded during the wet season. Thanks to Sara I chose the better option, a lot higher, that would stay dry during the rainy season.
Months after I bought the property, I wanted to build a fence around my lot and this time Sara and Tommy helped me with transportation and finding the right borders of my lot. The service I experienced from them was absolutely great, even long after the sale was complete. Quick responses to emails, friendly, accurate and thinking along with you to help you to make the right decision for you instead of making a quick deal and taking your money.
I definitely recommend Caye Living Properties to anyone looking for property in Belize.

"In August 2012 we were vacationing on Caye Living Properties and absolutely fell in love with EVERYTHING about it. The people and the island are fantastic! We were fortunate to be introduced to Sara, a local Real Estate Agent. She knew so much about what was available on Caye Living Properties and was willing to show us properties, even those that weren't her listings. We didn't know if we wanted a lot or a home that was already built. Heck, we didn't even know if we would even be buying something.
Sara was very patient and showed us so many options. She spent time with us on two different days, taking us to numerous properties and homes around both the North and South Islands of Caye Living Properties. On my next trip to see my new love I started looking at lots with Sara.I have to say, she was very patient with me since I didn't know what I really wanted. This was 2010. Sara took Dawn and me around one day on a golf cart and we looked at at least 10 places. And even though I liked many, I still didn't see "the one." So I left the island and my love back to the States sad and lonely. Sara contacted me about 2 months later with some news of a few lots that came up for sale.
