I had been trying to sell my 2 lots on the north island for over a year. I decided to come down and talk with the folks at Caye Living Properties. I had emailed ahead and Sara was super responsive and assured me since she would not be there, Tommy would take care of me. I went into the office and first met Akheil, who immediately made me feel comfortable. Tommy went out of his way including hiring someone to take us out to the lots (a bit remote) for a physical tour and condition. He then helped me hire someone to clear the lots for me after I left. He sent me the photos. After waiting over a year with my previous realtor within 2 months I had a solid offer. Sara and Tommy kept me well informed, helped me understand the process and got me an excellent offer. At all times they were professional and super responsive to calls and emails and patient through all of my questions. I highly recommend them for all of your Belize real estate needs and will always recommend them since I will continue to come back to the island over and over. If you get a chance, catch Tommy performing while you are there. They put on a great show.
